Practise gentle breathing frequently, when giving others physical space give them a smile as well, balance media intake with other entertainment, start a routine by doing the same activity at the same time daily, move your body and/or stretch frequently, check in on your neighbours. 


Use technology to connect socially with others and with your health practitioners, listen to music/sounds, say thanks, share what you have, hum whistle or sing, practise 'wriggle time' with your kids, take a shower, make a cup of tea, 'stay in the day'.
